Dog Friendly

Lowfields is a haven for Dog Lovers and is a wonderful place for many to make new friends here!

Whether you are a holidaymaker or a Holiday Home Owner, you are welcome to bring your dog/s with you and enjoy the countryside surroundings. We all have dogs ourselves and so do most of our Owners too, so we understand the desire to have a great holiday with your pets too.

For Dog Friendly holidaymakers, we warmly welcome dogs in all our accommodation except for the Log Cabin as this is not suitable for dogs (so could be a great choice wanting a pet-free holiday home), leaving a further seven properties to choose from that are suitable. Each dog is charged for their stay and this is payable at the time of booking. All our accommodation is meticulously cleaned after every guest checks out and is done to a very high standard of cleanliness and freshness.

Lowfields is a haven for Dog Lovers.

So you can be assured that it is great to book either with pets or without.

Whilst the park is great for dog-lovers and provides plenty of walks in and around the park, there are also lots of wonderful walks nearby in the Lincolnshire countryside which include Whisby Nature Reserve, Clumber Park (4,000 acre park owned by the National Trust), Rufford Park, Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre or Hartsholme Park in Lincoln, to name but a few.

We can even offer a day by the seaside as the East Coast is not too far by car and out of season, there’s always a great section of beach where dogs are allowed.

Our local pub in North Scarle has a Beer Garden so going out for a walk with your dog in the evening on a warm day, can still be planned. And there’s never a better way to finish the day off than with a welcome drink and your favourite pet by your side.

Highfields is pure ‘Doggie Heaven’!

Approximately 50% of our Holiday Home Owners bring dogs with them when visiting the park, or have family who bring their pet.

Whilst the park is really great for dog-lovers and provides miles of walks without leaving site, there are also lots of wonderful walks nearby in the Lincolnshire countryside and woodlands. Even the Coast is not too far by car and is lovely to visit out of season when dogs are allowed to run on the beach.

Some of our local Pubs and Eateries also allow dogs, some in the Beer Gardens and some in the Bar, so going out for an evening meal or Sunday afternoon pint is as enjoyable for your dog/s as it is for you!

We have a local vet nearby should they be needed.
